Sports Authority of India (SAI),  invites applications from eligible Citizens of India for filling up various posts in Sports Sciences & Medicine Cadres  as per SAI (Sports Sciences & Medicine ) Staff Recruitment Rules 1992 at its Head Office, New Delhi and its various Regional Centres/Sub-Centres spread all over India as per details given below :

Pay Scale : PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay 5400/-

Pay Scale : PB-1, Rs 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay 2800/

No. of Posts : 05 ( UR – 02 ; OBC – 02 ; SC – 01 )

Discipline : Psychology – 02 Posts ; Physiology – 02 Posts ; Biomechanics – 01 Posts

Age Limit : 25 years (Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 yrs ; OBC – 3 yrs ; PH – 10 yrs)


SELECTION PROCESS
The candidates who fulfilled the eligibility criteria will be called for interview.
 The selection will be made on the basis of merit list prepared by the Selection Committee
based on the interview


Application fee : Rs.500/- for General and OBC Candidates (NO fee for SC/ST/EX-SM/PH/Women Candidates) – DD in favour of  ‘SECRETARY, SPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA’ payable at New Delhi.

How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format which shall be either hand-written in bold capitals or typewritten on A-4 size paper only. The copy of the certificate in proof of age, qualification, experience, research, caste etc., must be enclosed alongwith the application form. Application forms, complete in all respects, with enclosures, should be sent in a closed cover with a superscription on the cover “Application for the Post of  ………………. Sports Authority of India Coaches Recruitment 2012 (200 Vacancies)

 Sports Authority of India (SAI), invites applications from eligible citizens of India for filling up the 200 posts of Coach Grade – III including from Olympians at its various Regional Centres / Sub-Centres / Training Centres spread all over India.

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Diploma in coaching from SAI / NS-NIS or from any other recognized Indian / Foreign University. (OR) Participation in Asian Games/World Championship with Certificate Course in Coaching. (OR) Qualification and participation in Olympic Games . Desirable - B.P.Ed.
