Pay Scale : Rs.9,300 – 36,800/- (PB2) + 4,400/- Grade Pay
Qualification : (1) The Associate Diploma in Fisheries Science of the Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Bombay, OR (2) A Certificate of Successful completion of the full course of Inland or Marine Fisheries classes conducted by the Government of India. OR (3) A Diploma in Fisheries Technology and Navigation awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu. OR (4) A Science Degree with Zoology as Main Subject. OR (5) A Degree in Bachelor of Fisheries Science.
Selection Procedure : Written Test followed by Interview
Examination fee : Rs.150/- (Examination Fee Rs.100/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-) (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- towards Application Cost. The fee may be paid either ONLINE or OFFLINE through Post Office / Bank.
How to Apply : Candidates are required to Apply ONLINE. Candidates need not send the printout of the online application or any other supporting documents to the Commission. The certificates will be verified only when the candidates come up for next stage of selection.
