Power Grid Corporation of India Limited , a leading Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, Govt of India and one of the largest Transmission Utilities in the world has been entrusted with establishing and strengthening Optical Fibre Connectivity to the Gram Panchayats under National Optical Fibre Network Project (NOFN). PowerGrid is looking for young and bright experienced professionals for appointment purely on Temporary (Contractual) basis for a period of two years for execution of NOFN Project in the state of Orissa.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Field Engineer - One year Post Qualification Experience in design, engineering of optical fibre network, adequate experience of construction, Testing and Commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of Optical Fibre network system (SDH/DWDM/G-PON/MPLS, etc.). Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in Telecom sector shall be preferred.
Field Supervisor - One year Post Qualification Experience of construction, Testing and Commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of Optical Fibre network system (SDH/DWDM/G-PON/MPLS, etc.).
Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in Telecom sector shall be preferred.
