Educational Qualification : Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized  University with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade with a 2nd Class in the Bachelor’s Degree.
Age limit : Candidates age should be between 21 years to 40 years as on 01/01/2013 i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1973 and not later than 1st January 1992.
Note : NET shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturer for those with postgraduate degree, but the candidates having Ph.D. Degree on the concerned subject shall be eligible and exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET
How to Apply : Candidates can apply by filling Online Application form, a link of which is available on the website of the OPSC www.opsconline.gov.in After submitting Online application , candidates need to take print out of dully filled online application form and along with copy of Bank Challan and relevant documents submit it to at the entrance of the office of the Odisha Public Service Commission.
