RECRUITMENT OF DRIVERS FOR FIRE SERVICES (DCPO) IN CISF 2012

Applications are invited from Male Indian citizens for filling up the following temporary posts of
Constables/Driver-Cum-Pump-Operator (Driver for Fire Services) in Central Industrial Security Force in  the Pay Band – 1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus usual and admissible allowances to the Central Government employees from time to time. Eligibility Criteria:- All Postal Assistants who have completed one year’s service on 30thJune or 31st December of the year in which test is conducted shall be eligible to appear. Test will be conducted twice in a calendar year i.e in the month of February and August. Candidates who have completed one year’s service as on 31st December shall be eligible for appearing in the test to be held in February and those who have completed one year’s service as on 30th June shall be eligible for appearing in the test to be held in August. There will be no restriction on number of times a candidate can appear.

Setting up of paper and venue:- Test will be conducted by the circle. Date, time and venue will be decided at circle level and circulated at least 30 days before the scheduled date. Setting up of paper will be done at the level of Postal Training Centre. Chief Postmaster General of the circle shall decide the name of Postal Training Centre from which the Paper will be got set. A blank line is required to be provided after 4 options in each question to mention the Rule in support of the answer. Evaluation of the papers shall also be got done from the same PTC. Result will be declared by the circle. Successful candidates shall be posted in the branches pertaining to POSB/SC in post offices/divisional offices/regional offices and circle office. If surplus candidates qualified, a list of such candidates may be prepared in the preference of marks obtained in the test and they shall be posted in the SB/SC branches as and when required.

cases included in the category will be those having hearing loss of more than 60 decibels in the
better ear (profound impairment) or total loss of hearing in both ears.

( III ) Orthopaedically Handicapped (OH)

A) Locomotor disability : Locomotor Disability means disability of bones, joints or muscles leading
to substantial restriction of the movement of the limbs or any form of cerebral palsy.

B) Cerebral Palsy : Cerebral Palsy means abnormal motor control posture resulting from brain
insult or injuries occurring in the prenatal, post-natal or infant period of development.

C) All the cases of orthopedically handicapped persons would be covered under the category of
“Locomotor disability or Cerebral Palsy.

D) It shall also be indicated that persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability
shall alone be eligible.

Recruitment against Scout & Guide quota for the recruitment year 2012-13.
Applications are invited for recruitment against Scout & Guide quota over Moradabad Division as per
following details:

Grade – PB-1 (Rs.5200-20200) GP Rs.1800

No. of posts – 02
Minimum Education – Class X th passed.
Age – As on 31.01.12, 18-33 yrs.
Last date of application – 26.07.12
Scout & Guide qualification
a) A President Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder OR A pre-H/B trained Scout Leader/Advanced Trained Guide /Leader/Captain.
b) Should have been an active member of a Scout Organization for at least 3 years in the recent past and should continue to be active. (Active member means that he/she should be member of only one scouting organization.)
c) Should have attended at least one event at National level and one or two events at State level OR Should have a good record of participation in Scout/Guide activities at Unit / District level.
Age relaxation
Age relaxation is admissible as under:-
(A) 05 (Five) years for SC/ST candidates (B) 03 years for OBC candidates.
Examination Fee
General & OBC candidates only Rs. 40/- and SC/ ST candidates only Rs. 10/- by Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft/Demand Draft only, in favor of District Commissioner Scout &Guide , Moradabad payable at Moradabad. Examination fee is not refundable under any circumstances including time
bared/rejected application.

How to apply
1} Applications in own handwriting or duly typed on the prescribed Proforma on A-4 size of good quality paper be sent.
2} Application other than on the prescribed Proforma or incomplete application will be rejected.
3} Candidate should fill up application form in Hindi/English language only.
4} Two colored PP size recent photographs with Scout & Guide uniform paste one on the specified place in the application form and attach 2nd one with the application form.
5} Attach Photostat copies of the age, educational qualification and caste etc. certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer with the application form.
6} One candidate should apply on one application form only otherwise his all applications will be rejected.
7} Application form duly filled and complete in all respect may be sent only by any postal mode to

8} This office will not be responsible for any postal delay.
9} Only the candidates fulfilling all the conditions may apply, otherwise application form will be rejected.
10} Applications received after last date will not be considered.
11} Railway Administration reserves the right to cancel the selection in the exceptional circumstances.
12} Written Test shall be held on 08.09.12. (However Call letters to eligible candidates will be sent by post.)
